My bliss work is The Impropriety Society. I am one of three business partners leading this organization in providing sex positive social and educational events for our local community. Our mission: “The Impropriety Society is a Humboldt County based group aimed at promoting sexual self-awareness, providing opportunities for the exploration and celebration of erotic ideas and desires while respecting the boundaries of others, and showing community acceptance and support for a variety of sexual preferences and lifestyles.” The Society allows me to express the bigness of my creative and erotic energies while building community and facilitating healing.

I am honored to be the mother of two amazing souls who are currently 18 and 13. I think being a conscious parent is the most important and rewarding work I could ever do and a big part of my life purpose. I am proud of how we have grown together and look forward to witnessing my children's continued unfolding.

I am employed by a family services agency and facilitate families with children with developmental disabilities in getting respite care. I have been in nonprofit management for 7 years, which is pretty much my entire career. I have also been a volunteer for various organizations my entire adult life.  I have worked for women's issues, in welfare-to-work job training programs, community health care, a home for teen mothers, elder services and youth leadership programs. I am deeply committed to service.

I am still working towards figuring out what my creative bliss is as an artist. Right now it's taking the shape of a potential new multi-media art project, examining the history of androgyny and shamanism.

Spiritually, I am deeply committed to the path of the Mystic.

I feel incredibly blessed to be here at Gaia with you.
